The drive system, typically comprising an electric motor, a coupling, or a belt mechanism, provides stable power to the main unit. After the air has been compressed, it enters the oil-gas separation system, which separates the lubricating oil from the compressed air to ensure the quality of the output air while simultaneously enabling the recirculation of the lubricating oil.
The cooling system is primarily responsible for lowering the equipment's operating temperature, thereby preventing high temperatures from compromising compression efficiency and equipment longevity; common cooling methods include air cooling and water cooling. The lubrication system utilizes lubricating oil to lubricate, seal, and cool critical components-such as the rotors and bearings-thereby minimizing mechanical wear. The control system typically employs an intelligent control panel capable of real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature, and operational status; this enables automatic start-stop functionality, fault alarms, and energy-saving adjustments, thereby enhancing the stability and safety of the equipment's operation.
